What qualifies for a return

  • Clear, well‑lit photo of the issue or defect
  • Photo of the size tag
  • Full front and full back photos of the item

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase.
  2. Include your order number, the item name/size, your reason for return, the photos listed above, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. We’ll review and reply with next steps. If approved and it’s our error, we’ll email a pre‑paid return label. For change‑of‑mind returns, we’ll share the return address and instructions to ship with a trackable service.

Items we can’t accept

  • Minor cosmetic variations (such as slight color differences due to lighting/screens) that don’t affect function

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? If the item is in stock, we’re happy to exchange after your return is approved. For our‑error cases, we cover the return shipping and send the replacement after approval. For change‑of‑mind exchanges, you cover the return shipping; we’ll ship the new item after we receive and inspect the original.

Approvals and timing

  • Approval & response time: We reply by email within 1–2 business days with your approval status and instructions.
  • Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Bank posting: Your bank or provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit.
  • Original shipping: Refunded only when we’re at fault.
  • Restocking fees: None.
